I've had a collision on the motorway, what should I do?

Stay safe, report your exact location, and follow instructions from emergency services and dispatch.

Safety comes first. Only leave the vehicle if it is safe to do so and stay in a protected area.

Immediately report the road number, direction of travel, and hectometer marker. Our dispatch will then deploy the appropriate towing service.
