At BCF Mobiliteit, replacement cars from various rental companies are ready. Together we ensure you're mobile again as quickly as possible when your own vehicle breaks down.

Whether you are entitled to a replacement vehicle depends on the terms of your roadside assistance or insurance policy. For lease cars, the arrangements in the lease contract apply. We're happy to think along and connect you directly to the right party.

Returning the replacement vehicle

A replacement vehicle can only be returned during opening hours at the drop-off points. You are very welcome at one of our locations in Friesland. With good preparation, returning usually takes just a few minutes.

Please note, important!

Don't forget to deregister the car with the rental company. If you don't, there's a chance of unnecessary rental days being charged. The rental company's phone number is on the contract and often on the key fob.

After you have returned the replacement car, you are expected to continue your journey under your own arrangements.
