When your vehicle cannot be repaired immediately, we arrange transport. Within BCF's roadside assistance communication, 25 kilometers of transport is often included.

After that, we discuss the next step with you and, if applicable, with your insurer or lease partner, such as garage choice and replacement vehicle.
