Have your license plate number, name, and if possible, the time and location of the incident ready.

Next Steps

You will receive an explanation regarding the release, any necessary documents, transport to a garage or dealership, and the correct contact point for cost settlement.

If the case file is linked to an insurer or leasing company, we will coordinate the follow-up action with that party.
